  • A: Hi, Here is the information we received from the vendor- "Tuff Stuff products are not affected by Prop 65 due to the type of plastic it uses. However, like many companies that sells products in California, just uses a minimal version of Prop 65 warning, to deter any legal issues."

Why $57 at Tractor Supply, but $39 at Atwoods???

I used these (full of water) to hold down a 10x20 EZ-UP tent while performing outdoors at the National Lil Britches Rodeo Finals in Guthrie, OK. I purchased 2 of them at Atwoods for $39 each, but I decided I needed 2 more, because we were expecting storm fronts with high winds. I went into the local Tractor Supply, and these were not in stock. Not even a spot for them on the shelf, so I left disappointed - especially after seeing that Tractor Supply's price for the SAME item was so much higher, as there were no Atwoods locations nearby. These did the job of holding the tent down just fine, and I really like the locking mechanisms for the lids. They weighed 147 lbs each when totally filled with water. I'll find a use for these, if not just for holding our tent down.

Yes, I recommend this product.
