Expensive and not very durable

Even though the price was high I bought this shovel thinking it would hold up for several years. After just one hour of shoveling I noticed that the edge was no longer flat and bowed up in the middle and that the shovel head was warped to one side. The snow wasn't very heavy either. A product this expensive should be much more durable.

I still haven’t received the item. It’s over two weeks late and I can’t get an answer as to what is happening. Tractor Supply won’t even answer the phone or return my call.
