Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great, valve stems are weird After plugging tires and losing plugs, I decided to go with inner tubes. They are working great! But the valve stem is weird. It's like 4" long and doesn't go through the hole in the wheel all the way because the base is so big. So, even though it looks odd, it works fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Forty-Nine Months & Fourteen Days of Service I bought this inner tube SKU#310227 from TSC June 10, 2010 at 2:06 PM. This tube has worked without incident until today. The TR-150 3" Valve Stem apparently struck something thereby ripping the tube. I noticed this tube is recommended for trucks, not specifically for tractors. The next replacement I will choose will be a tube with a lower profile 1.375" valve stem. Otherwise, the tube performed quite well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One very tough tube I bought a pair of these tubes to go in the front tires of my 1946 International Harvester tractor in the spring of 2009 and they have worked flawlessly for the past year and a half. I regularly drive the tractor through the woods skidding logs so it is exposed to possible punctures and has yet to burst. When this set of tires wears out, I'll put an identical set of tubes in the tires if this pair is no longer usable.

Can this valve stem be bent over (appox 60-70 degrees) if so how is that done. Thank you

Asked by: aleks
The stem on this inner tube is bendable but it will not stay at the "bent" position. Once it is released it will return to the original angle.
