They canceled my order!

I have bought this product once and it works very well in my log splitter. I tried to buy it again today for a wood chipper by placing an order online & picking it up later, only to find that TSC had canceled the order with no notification to me. I had driven 1 hr & 10 minutes to get there. That is very bad customer service. Come on guys, you can do better.
