If your car uses side-mount terminals, you will need a different type of cable.A 2-gauge cable is heavy-duty and is appropriate for many larger vehicles, but smaller vehicles might use a smaller gauge (higher number) cable. A cable that is too thin (too high a gauge) can overheat.The red color indicates this is a positive (+) cable. OK Quality But Poor Packaging Severely Kinked It

Cable was ok, but the packaging was terrible. This is a 48" cable packed inside a small plastic container. The cable had to be bent so sharp that it caused permanent kinks in the copper cable under the insulating jacket. Two significant kinks, and three other kinks. I used it because I was in a pinch, but goodness folks, can't anyone at Tractor Supply actually USE the stuff you sell? If you did, you would see these problems. And if you see the problems, don't you owe it to your customers to correct them??
