Q: One of the feet is broken another one has a hairline crack and I feel it's going to break soon especially since it's crooked now missing part of a foot... Just bought it pre-assembled today. Is there replacement feet?

Q: Are there replacement parts? The cap on the center hub broke and split in half when we attached the seat. We need a cap for the center hub to be able to attach the seat

- A: Mine tore up as well...then I figured out you have to remove by pulling/prying/drilling the cap, that allows the seat to properly sit on the cylinder, and allows the lever to work the cylinder. Once I did that, works great. Instructions mention nothing about it. Hope this helps5 years agoHelpful?

Defective seat

I picked this up at the store, but I purchased it on line. When I put it together I saw the lever on the seat was defective so I called the number on the paper work that came with it insted of taking it back to the store. I gave made 2 calls to them and they said both times it would be taken care of. I can't use the seat I have to be able to raise and lower it to use it. I still have not had any help with it .

This assembly is an absolute disaster. Ive never put anything together this simple and basic and it won't go together. I now have a stool I can't use. What genius came up with this design? I recommend to not buy and definitely do not buy anything made bt Tractor Supply. It's a piece of junk. I can't even get my money back. .

I ordered this item online, to pick up at the store. The next morning my order was cancelled. I called the store to ask why it was cancelled, and was told it was not in stock. I went online and did some research. What I found, was this is fairly common practice. Not acceptable.
