- A: The box does not come with mounting hardware. It is mounted by attaching the box on both ends to the truck bed lip. There is a DeeZee mounting kit (not ours) sold in stores that may work, and J-hooks/bolts work since there are predrilled mounting holes on this box.3 months agoHelpful?

I like the box but a rivet was missing in one of the handles to open and I think for the price it should come with an installation kit and at least one plastic tray.

Great quality, but hardware not included

Great toolbox for midsized trucks. Very durable and feels high quality when opening and closing. My only complaint is it does not come with any bolts or J hooks to attach to the bed. You have to either buy the kit (which isn't said until you open the toolbox and read the instructions are inside) or drill it out yourself and use your own hardware. Should include hardware in my opinion.
