Poor planning

I loved the pommel bag itself, seemed very well made and very good looking. BUT: the straps to attach to the pommel were elastic. Elastic! They slid through the clips with very little pressure. It would not stay on at a walk, let alone a trot. Whoever designed this, does not ride.

I thought this looked great for carrying a small water bottle and my phone, as I have an endurance pommel, but the straps stretch out immediately no matter how much I tried to tighten, so it was flopping all over, and profed to be too small. I also have not received the return label as promised. Not good!
