The Tough1 Super Tough 1200D Waterproof Poly Horse Turnout Sheet with Snuggit Neck has a 1200-denier waterproof ripstop poly outer shell. It is designed with the Tough1 Snuggit straps which offer a more adjustable fit around the neck. The large shoulder and hip gussets allow the horse freedom of movement and 3 D-rings at the neck offer optional neck cover attachment. The double buckle front closure design includes removable snaps and a 'Quick Grip' tab for extra security. Other features of the waterproof turnout sheet include: fleece wither protection, triple gussets, tail flap, crossed surcingle straps with elastic ends, and adjustable/replaceable elastic leg straps.

Perfect sheet for all day turn out

The Tough 1 sheet I bought through Tractor Supply Co. fits my mare perfectly. It kept my mare dry in heavy rain. The “ snuggit collar” is a great feature for keeping my mare cozy and dry. This is my 2nd Tough1 sheet purchase. I will always purchase the Tough1 brand and “snuggit collar” style.

Lasted 3 weeks, now it’s barely waterproof, has three holes and one front buckle already broke. I guess you get what you pay for…

Misleading name

This brand is inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. The waterproofing is terrible, the first heavy rain you get, your horse will be soaked. The material rips easily and the hardware does not hold up. They also run small. I manage a barn where an owner has several and I keep hoping in vain they will be replaced with quality. Invest in a better quality blanket. You will save money in the long run.
