A fine mess

I bought this in a mini horse size last summer. I hooked a new mini up yesterday. She got spooked and did a little bucking and broke the stitching. It broke on the part that holds the shafts so it was a fine mess I was in. If your horse is not dead dead broke I wouldn’t trust the stitching on this item !

When I ordered this, it said I would have it in three days almost 3 weeks later. It finally showed up by then I had already got another one because I needed it ASAP. So it was returned and never purchased even though they charge my card and now several days later, it’s still taken out of my account and I don’t have my money back. I’m very frustrated with the situation.
