The Tough1 Moisture Wicking Felt and Neoprene Saddle Pad is constructed with 3/4 in. neoprene sandwiched between two thin layers of felt for comfort. The neoprene saddle pad features ventilation over the withers, a reinforced leather strip down the center and wear leathers for convenience.
