This combination bit is made of durable stainless steel with a three-piece sweet iron, twisted dogbone mouthpiece. The rope noseband helps to distribute pressure equally from mouth to nose while the sliding cheeks offer a gag action all the while, teaching the horse how to rate speed. Complete with a removable stainless steel curb chain. (Please note: sweet iron is designed to rust)The severity of a bit or hackamore is influenced by rein control of the rider and sensitivity of the horse.
