I had done about a year worth of research trying to decide on which mower best suited my budget and the amount of acreage I was mowing. I decided on the Toro Titan Max. I do not regret my purchase whatsoever. It takes about 2 hours to mow 5 acres, the cut is really nice. You don’t see any high spots left. The ride for a solid frame mower is pretty smooth. I do wish I could have got it with a suspension seat. The only thing that I would like to see other than a suspension seat option from purchase is if the deck was suspended by chains and not the metal brackets. I chose this because I didn’t want to spend the money to bump up to the commercial mower and I’m very happy with the options that are on this as a top-of-the-line residential.

Great mower, delivery not so much

The mower itself has been great, there is a front plate that is bent, but not a game changer. The delivery was rough, came in a 18 wheeler, put in sideways on a large metal skid. However you needed a forklift to get it off, the driver and I had to in strap it, use ratchet straps to turn it, bend some metal of the skid out of the way then eventually drive it off the skid and off the back of the truck. And I got to keep the battered skid…. So now I have a large chunk of metal that I can’t use, although I got to learn how to drive a zero-turn on the back of a semi truck…
