They are good but they could be better

Bought four of these to use on a platform I made to move my 990lb chipper around the shop. I have an issue with one wheel that seems to bind and will not swivel. The other three work great. Another issue I do have is that the space between the caster frame and mounting plate is barely wide enough for a standard nut. Forget about adding a lock washer. I suppose using a carriage bolt up through the caster plate would solve this, but then the nut and bolt would be on the top side of the platform, I want a flat surface up there. Either the mounting plate needs to be larger so the nuts are outside the caster frame or the caster frame has to be redesigned to allow for a nut and washer.

Store only had one - had to order total of 6, they canceled the order for 1 because I didnot pickup in store within 3 days but I was waiting for the complete order- had to order the missing one after the 5 arrived- need to change irder system
