Poor quality control from supplier

Drove over to TS to pick up a pack of rollers. When I got back home and opened them, there was only one fixed roller. I didn't have time to drive all the wayback over to exchange and they still work. Just poor quality control. Not Tractor Supply's fault but annoying.
