Part was just what I needed, just wished they kept it in stock….. They have a lot of Ford 9N parts in stock but can’t add a water pump at our Farmerville store for some reason…..

The part was in stock at the local store in Burleson. I requested store pick up and it was ready when I got there 20 minutes later. The part works and fits perfectly.

This is a high quality pump. I always try to go with a brick and mortar shop when possible, much easier returns and can check the part before I buy. Sure I could save a couple bucks online, but I got it today, and knew it would fit before I started working the job. I had to use the original alternator bracket from the old pump, not sure if that is because I have the 12 V system, but so far so good. Would have been a much easier job if I didn't have a bucket and hydraulics to work around. If you want to save yourself a couple headaches: Remove the fuel from the tank and lift off the hood. I used a come along, lifting straps and a truss in my shop (it's not heavy, just awkward LOL).
