Leaks!!

I bought this a week ago, installed with no issues but started leaking after 2 days. I've talked to others that said they had the same issue with a brand new valve.

I bought one last year for my tractor lasted 6 months and started leaking, exchanged it because it had a 1 year warranty now this one is leaking already and its only a few months old.
