- A: The 1851653M91 is either open or closed, there is no stop. If you unscrew the wingnut all the way it is open, to shut it off it screws all the way in.7 years agoHelpful?

The picture looks like brass, it is really a cheap pot metal, silver in color. Very low quality. It has no stop when opening. Uses a lock nut to hold position. Will need a wrench to loosen to shut off. Not good in an emergency. Do not recommend.

Poor machine work, couldn't attach the strainer to the valve. Also the handle wasn't attached to the valve. It appeared to require a c-clip which wasn't included.
