Great for cutting branches less than 3 inches thick. Anything bigger, and it gets stuck halfway through the branch. Good luck getting it unstuck.

Worked but needs better handles

I used it on a 3in limb 30ft up. Unsurprisingly it stuck. The ring straps pulled apart immediately; and instead of breaking the plastic handles, I opted to attach the rope to some metal bar stock. Finally the branch broke where it was sawed and it all came down. I expected the saw chain to be bent, but it was still good shape. Put thicker solid non-split ring straps and solid plastic or solid aluminum pull handles and this would be a better product.

Rope saw is easy to use, cuts effectively. Ordering online, pickup at store was convenient and quick. Handles could be a little larger, I have big hands. I would recommend this product.
