Not Even Close to Smokeless

We were super excited to start using our new, out of the box, fire pit. It is definitely NOT smokeless. I understand, from other reviews, using the pellets would cut out the smoke. Still, very misleading advertising.

Smoke and ash level in general is dependent upon the wood used (we recommend our Wood Packs or dry, seasoned wood) and other varying burn conditions. This is why we created the Wood Pack along with our patent-pending airflow technology in the Fire Pit to create a low smoke fire when used together. We hope this helps!

Nice looking

Looks great. Works good. Package was missing cover and bolts for base. Bought at big box and may have been open. Probably return and hope they have another or try something else.

Dome cover with handle

Beautifully designed but it seemed so weird that the really pretty dome cover would be used as a base to put the wood on top of I thought it was used to cover the wood or fire but was advised the wood goes on top of the dome and then all the ash will fall from the little holes in the dome
