Loctite Threadlocker Red 271 is designed to lock and seal threaded fasteners permanently and prevent loosening from vibration. Ideal for fasteners up to 1" (25mm), this unique formula is great for engines, machinery, and vehicles for valve covers, water pumps, and alternators. Loctite Threadlocker Red 271 is moisture resistant and protects threads from leaks, rusting, and corrosion while eliminating the need to stock up on expensive lock nuts and washers. Fast and easy to use, this heavy duty, high-strength threadlocker sets in just 10 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours. Loctite Threadlocker Red 271 is a permanent solution for locking and sealing threaded fasteners and is only removable once cured by heating up parts to 500F (260C).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Loctite thredlocker works fast and efficiently. With a 10 minute set time I was finishing up work on my truck in no time. The strength is no joke those bolts won't be coming off my truck anytime soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Loctite Threadlocker Red this stuff works its permanent fix. States would have to cure it up to 500 degrees to get things to remove. Uses for metal sets in 10 mins stops vibrations. Great uses for older cars with multiple vibrations and bolts! Use on heavy bolt threads eliminate nuts and washers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the screws on my bar stools kept getting loose I put a little bit of Loctite thread locker on the screw threads put the screws back in and problem solved. Thank you Loctite.
