Rated 4 out of 5 by from 33" non round ring I was upset to discover that the ring was only 33" diameter and not very circular, it has a flat where the weld is. When I tried to return it to the store they said I couldn't as I had got it from the online store!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tarter fire ring I already knew what to expect from this ring since my dad ha the same one. However, it wasn’t a good circle. Im one of those people that like symmetry and the “not quite circleness” of this ring bothered me a bit but had not affected its performance.

How do you clean it out???

Asked by: Jan Bou
According to the vendor, you clean it out "by either moving the fire ring and scooping the ash away or using a shovel to scoop out the ash."

I was told not to use galvanized material as a burn barrel (IE trash can poisonous gas) also not to weld galvanized material because of the off gases. How is it safe to use this galvanized thing as a burn ring?

Asked by: 2X44
Studies have found that when used as intended, the Galvanized Fire Ring does not reach temperatures hot enough to vaporize the zinc coating in the fumes.
