Is there an actual bottom on the ring or does it sit on the bare ground ,if there is a bottom does it come with drain holes to alleviate it holding rainwater

Is there a spark defused available to sit in top of the ring?  If not is the exact 36 inches to the outer edge?

There is not one currently offered for the fire ring. These are shipped to stores in nests of 3 with one being 1-1/2” large, one exactly 36” and one 1-1/2” smaller.
