    Terrible Experience!!

    I strongly discourage anyone from buying through the site, the delivery to store dates are wildly inaccurate. My package arrived 10 days late ( after sitting in a warehouse past the delivery date) that no one in customer service could explain, offered to call back when she found out why/when (never called back) and left me looking for an alternative in an emergency. Was an expensive nightmare. Wouldn't refund my order until it arrived at the store (10 days late), then takes another 7-10 business days to actually refund. I'm really disappointed and will never suggest tractor supply to anyone ever. The store is was to be shipped to is brand new in my community, really poor way to build business in a new region.
