The Swisher 44 in. Trailcutter is built for clearing overgrown pastures and cutting brush up to 3 in. in diameter. Attaches to your ATV or UTV for fast, efficient cutting. Powered by a 14.5 HP (603cc) Kawasaki VTwin Commercial Grade Engine with two heavy duty swinging blades and two 16 in. pneumatic sealantfilled tires. Features a Single point height adjustment (3-7 in.) and an articulating hitch with 2 in. ball coupler for durable construction, infinite adjustment, and toolfree offset. The hitch folds over the deck for compact storage. The remote operator control console allows safe blade engagement from a distance. Swisher 44” Commercial Pro Trail Mower

I was so excited to see 0% 48mths on Swisher Trail Mower I desperately needed!! However the process of ordering and receiving it have caused a lot of issues when I should have been able to mow with it almost 2 weeks ago had it been handled properly. Mower was shipped to store and delivered to me in the shipping crate NOT put together. Just today my neighbors had to come over and help me put together. As I was throwing away trash, box hardware came in had a label clearly stating “For In Store Install Only”!!!!! So not only did myself and neighbors have to put it together, but TS does NOT sell battery for it. I had to travel 30 miles to company in Owensboro, KY who services my Cub Cadet Zero Turn to buy battery. Also when I purchased mower online, I read entire specs noticing it required 2” ball. I searched TS App for 2” hitch ball w 5/8” diameter for drop pin hitch on mower, but TS App didn’t show at all. After finally getting hitch and tow bar installed today w help from neighbors (TS should have done), did I notice ball I had to purchase elsewhere was actually only 1 7/8” instead of 2”. I did an internet search and low and behold the ball I need shows up at TS!!!! I could only access it by clicking internet link which pulled it up on TS App!!!!! I just placed the order and more insult having to pay shipping whether in store pick up or not! Order # 1187191418. I spent over $4k w TS for this mower and I’ve had to spend another $150 buying battery, tools to put together and now 2” hitch ball!!!! THIS is why TS is in trouble!!! I expect compensation for everything I’ve been put through as a result of lack of TS getting a $4k purchase correct!! It’s now cost me another 3 weeks to mow my property to which with more rain coming I hope don’t have to pay someone to bush hog first!!!
