    Poor support. Poor product.

I bought the stump grinder. The washers for the wheels were not the correct size. I had to go out on my own and get some to work. The deflector, to keep the exhaust off of you. Well, the screws don't fit, so it blew off. I used it about a week on some small stumps. The belt broke. When it gets hot, it won't run and you have to let it cool off to use it again. The website and phone number are about useless to get anything. To top it off. The stores that do sell this item, don't carry parts for them. So if something goes wrong. Well, you have a heck of a time to get what you need. Over all, I would not recommend this company, just off of the poor support. But the quality isn't great either.

Not a bad stump grinder once all the kinks are worked out

This isnt a commercial grinder is for personal use only with that in mind. we have had some minor issues. the belt was very tight and broke after the 10th stump but the parts store belt isnt as tight and works great. the fuel line and air return was pinched so it was dying after 5 to 10 min of running once we fixed that . Once it gets hot it dyes and wont start we think the coil is getting too hot. we haven't grinded maybe 30 stumps in 6 months. Make sure you buy a case of spark plugs because it fowls them things constantly. Hoping to get all the kinks worked out. When it does run its does really good. also the pull string came out to far so we had to fix that. I think this would be a great grinder if the manufacturer would slow down on building the motor and put some thought into it

Should have spent more and got a better one. Worked on it more than I've used it

As received belt was so tight tried to turn head when starting. Adjusted. Ground 3 small stumps and belt broke. It wasn't slipping either. When hot it bogs down bad. Will not restart when hot. May be OK with different engine, but this one isn't right

    Too many stumps to count

I too hesitated buying this, but I bit the bullet and went for it. It came clean neat and not damaged. I put oil and gas in it. A little hard to start but the cutter was staying enguaged at sll times. Went in and adjusted motor on slide base and rechecked for proper enguage and disenguage tightness with belt and it worked purfect. Greased cutter bearings and ready to go again. Its worth the money spent. Getting our pasture rid of stumps. Thanks Superhandy. Im ready for new blades and have them ordered.
