This solar fountain water pump kit is designed for fountains, ponds, or other outdoor uses. This kit includes 1 solar panel, 1 submersible pump, a 10.5-foot chord, 5 spray heads, and 2 hose outlet adapters. The 4.25" square solar panel must be placed in direct sunlight in order for the solar pump to function. Once placed in the sunlight the pump can create a beautiful water effect with one of the 5 included spray heads to create a beautiful display in any pond or larger water feature. When there is no sunlight, the water pump will not operate. The pump is run solely on solar light so there is no additional wires or electricity needed! The pump has a 20-inch lift, able to transform any birdbath, fountain, or pond area.

SPACE SAVING SIZE: This small hydroponics pump measures 1.5" square x 1" tall. The included solar panel is 4.25" square, making it a great addition to any outside landscape.
POWER OF THE SUN: This eco-friendly and portable fountain pump is solely powered by sunlight. For the best results, place the solar panel in an area where it will receive direct sunlight. The pump will not operate during cloudy weather conditions. No batteries are required to operate this pump.
CUSTOMIZING OPTIONS: This water fountain pump features 5 spray head options to customize and select which design is best. It comes with a 10.5-foot cord to connect the panel to the pump.
DURABLE DESIGN: The mini and quiet submersible water pump is weather-resistant and is able to withstand the harsh outdoor elements. To prevent the pump from clogging, disassemble and clean the pump once a month. If the pump is not working, check the water inlet to ensure that it is no blocked.

There’s not much to like about it. It’s pretty simple set up. However I have to goi outside every morning and tap the pump on something in order to get it working Not at all what I expected.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I bought this because it had a separate solar panel. The solar panel is cardboard and the pump barely circulates the water even in full sun. I ordered one from another site that has a glass panel and a battery to ensure it works consistently and it was $5 cheaper. I recommend you not waste your money on this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It operates just fine. I have used several types of solar based fountains and they inevitably fail within a few months. The best feature of this fountain is the one year giarantee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pump works, as long as it's not hot outside. During the hot months it will run for about a minute until the heat overwhelms the solar panel and it shuts down. You can cool it off, but after that it just does the same thing. I got this for a birdbath. which was most needed during the hot months. But it only worked consistently in the cooler temps in Fall.
