Great customer service

I bought this sometime ago and I did have a minor defect in the cover immediately upon contacting customer service. A new one was sent out immediately. This company I don’t even know how to put it into words but they really really appreciate their customers and that goes above and beyond with any other company that I have dealt with and I’ve been dealing with Amazon Wayfair name it Walmart nobody no company can match the customer service that Sunjoy provides. A year later and they still were helpful when I had questions. Amazing absolutely amazing. I am so grateful. I don’t have any photos at the moment. I am redoing my backyard. Thank you so enjoy. Thank you Melody. Thank you everyone!

Better product than imagined. Looked great put together and withstood the elelments (rain and wind) without damage. Glad I made the purchase and would definitely recommend.
