Wasn’t expecting great things but hopeful after reading other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. A great little machine that worked through some fairly compacted soil with a good bit of red clay. I’d definitely recommend this product.

More of a cultivator, finicky start button

Not strong enough to break ground or really till; more of a cultivator. The specs says that this will cultivate down to a depth of 8”, but the two modes are more like surface prep and a 2-3 inch depth. It worked well for bed prep for established raised beds. It’s also good for incorporating soil amenities and compost. The start safety button is super finicky, you have to jiggle it and sometimes let it go and try again several times before you get a start.

not supported with parts or service

It is a very nice little tiller. I got 3 years worth or work out of it. The seals in the gearbox wore out because there were some weeds that wrapped around the axles. This happens a lot with tillers and is a pretty common problem with most seals around rotating shafts. I now have a pretty good gearbox oil leak and need to replace the seals. There is no illustrated parts breakdown for the unit. No parts are available to make the repair and there is nowhere to take the unit in for repair. Support after the sale is unfortunately does not exist and if there is a problem then repairs are not possible and the unit is scrap
