Tartar horse stall front

I have now ordered 3 of these. 2 were perfect on arrival and 1 was tweaked and needed repair before I could use it. You need to buy 16 8’ 2X4’s to complete the door. Also I made hardware to hold the door to the 6x6 posts in my barn with 2” steel conduit straps.

They don’t have any hardware or instructions The top of one of the gates has a bow in the top bar. If possible look them over before you leave the store. They are too heavy to load and unload by yourself.

Our third door installed

We already have these doors on two of our ponies sheds. We rescued a third, and ordered another door to attach to our third shed. I know these are meant as stable doors in barns, but they work perfectly on our outside loafing sheds. They look great and are much better than leaving the shed open to predators at night, or attaching a gate that works, but creaks and doesn't have a great seal for snow and rain.

Great stall front.

This was easy to install in a space as an extension to my barn creating an extra stall with 6x6s to provide support. It is robust and well made (FYI it is not complete - lumber must be purchased separately). The one piece I don’t like is the latch for the feed window - seems cheap otherwise I am happy with this.
