We would definitely recommend anchoring it down, so they would not be able to root under and move it around." It would be hard to say if 2 could fit inside without knowing more about your specific animals. Portable shelter for lot of different livestock

Great quality for a fair price. We use these for our goats to get in out of the weather and also for our livestock quardian dogs and even our kunekune pigs!
