Natural grub remedy

Ordered product online for store pickup. Process was easy and completed quickly. After removing failing small tree uncovered lots of grubs in soil. Lots. I wanted to transplant another back to this location so needed something to address the grub issue but which was not going to be harmful to the new plant. After a little research on Internet decided on product to use which I was lucky to find at one of my favorite stores.

No Application Settings Are Given

The product is meant to be used with a spreader, but the package does not give spreader settings. Instead, the package says to measure out a pound, put in in a spreader, guess at a setting, then spread it and measure out the area it covers. If it's not right, try again. What consumer would have a scale that can measure out one pound?! And few consumers have a 100 foot measuring tape. Furthermore, guessing and trying and guessing and trying is crazy. The granules are not round, they are jagged, so they don't flow well in the spreader, and they are inconsistent in size. So it is impossible to apply the insecticide in a measured dose.
No, I do not recommend this product.
