This SportDOG Brand Replacement 1 Inch Collar Strap is a replacement strap for some models of SportDOG Brand training e-collars, such as the Contain + Train collar or TEK Series collars. Perfect for replacing old collar straps or differentiating each dog's collar, this durable dog training collar strap is waterproof and rust proof. Simply remove the receiver unit from your dog's current collar and place it on the new SportDOG 1 in. collar strap. Please note this dog tracking collar strap does not feature a D-ring for leash attachment as the leash should not be attached to an e-collar due to the uncomfortable pressure it causes from the probes on your dog's neck. However, it does feature a metal strap keeper to help keep any excess strap flat against the collar.

Poor quality

I purchased a whole containment systems. Had a week. These collars are too expensive not to last. Also be nice if had a snap instead buckles. However, I wouldn't recommend these collars at all. These systems seem great, but the quality of collar afyer a week of installation is not good.

I wanted to replace the original collar because I had cut if off too short. So, I ordered the green replacement collar and it fit perfectly. Easy to install, too.

Good quality...

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace an old collar that was falling apart after 10+ years. The only downside was that I needed to cut openings for the bark-activated stimulator. It wasn't difficult - but it did take time because the collar is pretty tough. Probably took 15min with an X-Acto knife to cut all three openings. Otherwise, it's been a perfect replacement to the original. Now if I could only get my dog to let me put the bark collar on... :-)
