[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Spec Ops level comes with an expectation for durability and accuracy. It is built tough, machined well and is light weight. The grips have a rubberized insert for a better and softer grip. The bungee is a unique feature that I wasn’t sure about when I ordered the level. It stretches and wraps around items so you can go hands free. I have magnetic levels but I would rarely leave them attached if I was moving an item. The bungees are different, you can strap them on and move a whole assembly without fear that the level will fall off and get damaged. Bungees also work on items that are not magnetic. The built-in cord on mine can stretch 24” and easily wrap around 2x8 lumber. You need to use both bungees because at that size the pressure lists the other end of the level. After you are through, a couple of quick loops around the endcap and the cord is stored and not interfering with other measurements. The center level is a huge bellied bubble with double stripes on each side of center. This allows you to get really precise with your placement. I’ve included a picture of the bubble with this review, I wanted to point out that a single piece of cardstock is thick enough to notice a difference in the bubbles position. The amazing center level is complimented with two standard bubbles on each end for plumb. The rubber ends are great for attaching the bungee and mild shock protection but I would not use them to take a measurement from. I have a 24’ Spec Ops box level where the rubber ends are inline with the machined base but the 48” has one rubber end that sits a little high and does not reach the same plane as the base. For storage, there is a hole, big enough to pass a standard ‘brand name’ permanent marker through, at each end for mounting. The powder coat is durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beam is so easy to use. It is so accurate and i love the bungies. You do not have room to drop the beam. It is also helpful to attach it somewhere and hold on to another end if you are using it for something on its side or up really high. However, Its kind of heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is quite an innovative level. It's different than others I've used. It's super light weight. It has a large area in the middle with a cutout so you can get a good grip. It has bungee cords at either end so you can wrap it around boards and have an extra hand free. Allows you to do a little more than the standard level. It's very well made and sturdy. Smooth edges all around. Nothing that's going to scratch a surface or your hands.

He unboxed it and was very happy to see to has bungee cords attached to it! He said this will help when leveling certain items, hands free! Also, the vials are large enough read, for those of us that can't see that great! Level seems to be high quality and has a lifetime warranty! What more could you ask for?
