Talk about red AND bright! This new crape myrtle has colorful masses of scarlet-red flowers that come to life on gorgeous deep green foliage from summer through fall. The habit is upright with dense branching. It is also resistant to Cercospora leaf spot and powdery mildew, which is quite a breeding accomplishment in red crapes. Excellent in landscapes and as accents.
