Great purchase! This little stove performs great, nice ambiance. Use with pellets and get a 45 minute fire, can use yard sticks and or small pieces of wood also. If you want more heat throw, purchase the heat deflector as itll push heat out more. Very nice and Tractor Supply had best price!

This thing is great! I took it to a recent family gathering and my 80 year old mother-in-law made her first S’more — and then had a second one! The heat deflector helped keep everyone around the 4’x4’ toasty and everyone was impressed by the quality of the Mesa and the S’mores kit components. We burned a mix of small hardwood chunks and pellets, and there was no smoke, and almost no ash to clean up afterward.

I was a little nervous buying, it turned out to be perfect for just me and the dogs! I love a good fire on a cool night on the deck and this is perfect! Only downfall, wish I would have gotten the diverter for the warmth.

I was a little unsure if this stove would pump out enough heat for a small group. I was pleasantly surprised it did. It’s really perfect for night hanging out on the patio. I’m lucky to have an abundance of dry brush and branches on my property so I just use loppers and/or a small saw and cut 6-8 inch logs. 20-30 sticks pretty much does the job. This is more convenient than a larger traditional “fire pit” as it takes up less space and managing the wood is much easier. I love this little stove.
