The shoes are very narrow and the opening to slide your foot into is very small. This was a purchase for an elderly woman, whose feet are not swollen, to give her some independence with her shoes; not having to get someone to tie her shoes. She could not get the shoe on. They do not slip on with the ease in which they are portrayed in commercials. They were taken back to store for return, which went smoothly except that they could not give me a receipt proving I had returned them. I have never experienced that at any other store, mortar or in-line; I've always been given a receipt. Only time will tell if they actually return my money, or if I donated $44+ to Tractor Supply!
