I gotta say, as an owner of the 13" Grizzly planer which is an absolute dream, I figured all Grizzly products were going to be the same high quality, however not this base really... First o fall Not a fan of the screws sticking out (see image) Those same screws have a nylon nut that needs to be screwed in "backwards" (because the flat surface will put pressure against the side bars, not the screw), and it's impossible to screw it in straight, making it very frustrating and stripping the nylon while you're at it (see image), so you need to screw it in as you normally would for any other project to thread the nylon, and then remove it and put it backwards, for nylon nuts, that's a no-no... It's suggested to use wrenches or ratchet/sockets, if you don't have a ratchet doing this will be painful to your hands, wrenches will not be enough, there's the absolute need for wrenches for the parts a socket can't possibly reach/fit, and using a crescent wrench made it sometimes strip the screws... so the screw material is not that great either.. Overall, once completed it's sturdy, it supported my weight as expected, moves great and will do the job, but honestly, the design and product could've been better by providing shorter hex screws that don't stick out, providing the hex screws with the nylon nuts already attached, and providing at least wrench

Just fits Shop Fox W1729 saw (discontinued). I drilled the base to bolt down the saw to improve tipping stability. 2 wheels have screw jacks - would be nice if all wheels had screw jacks. Seems sturdy.

I called grizzly and told them my bandsaw model and asked what they recommended and so I purchased this. It is a couple inches to big and out of adjustments and a little shaky. I need to do some modifying I guess. It is gonna work for me but not without modifications. I surely thought there would be a better option.

Magnets aren't strong enough to hold the floor locks up properly. When rolling it, any little bump and they drop down.
