Had our original cover for over 6 years and just replaced it last year. It held up well in the weather in central PA.

Every couple years we need to replace the cover over our hot tub. The side that the sun hits starts to disintegrate I’m assuming because of the chlorine. Until we build a proper gazebo, this is the affordsble way we will continue.

Everything required to complete replacement of my Shelter Cover was found inside the box. Clear instructions. Quality parts. I finished removal of old cover and replaced new cover in approx. 1 hour by myself.

You should tell people this item is only meant for up to 1 year use and if longer get something heavier duty!

Overall I am still pleased with this product several months after purchase. It’s durable, and sheds both rain and snow. One caution is to anchor it securely. Winds above 50 mph tried to carry it off.

I purchased this based solely on the materials and size. We had a previous metal shed with the same size cover kit, which had worn out and actually ripped through. This one fit perfectly over the existing metal skeleton; however, there are specific pipe fittings for the "Shed-in-a-box" structure that didn't align with the ones we have. Overall, the product is of great quality, very thick, and fits true to size. But if you are looking for a replacement cover and don't already have the "shed-in-a-box" metal structure, be wary that it might not fit properly.

This is the second time I’ve replaced the cover. It’s definitely easier than replacing the entire tent, though not always the most cost‑effective solution. It’s also absolutely a two‑person job—especially if you’re on the shorter side. Navigating a ladder on rocky terrain is not for the faint‑hearted, but we managed. To prevent water from pooling in the weaker spots, I added pool noodles under the roof to create enough slope for runoff. I also used a pole wrapped in a foam rubber tube, placed lengthwise across both sides, to tighten the fit. That extra support has kept the cover from stretching or sagging. In winter, I clear snow off the top with a broom several times a day. Fortunately, we don’t get much snow here. Because our shelter sits beside the house (which faces east) and is bordered on the other side by a taller fence, I haven’t needed to add extra stabilization. The placement alone protects it from wind. We’ve had some pretty impressive gusts, and the shelter hasn’t even fluttered. That said, I wouldn’t recommend relying on placement alone for most people. We just happen to have it in a very sheltered spot. I hope this helps

The frame and outer material seems thinner than my older one but I'm happy with it so far. I was able to assemble 98% of it by myself.

#Sweeps - Perfect fit, just like the original cover. Thanks for having the foresight to include another set of instructions, as the original copy is long gone. Took a couple of hours on my own and an extra 10 minutes of help to get the cover over the top and everything is safely tucked away for the winter.

Very easy to replace. Take your time, I installed the new kit by myself it took about 1 hr.

Great Replacement, everything you need to replace old cover is in this box. It is well packaged, great quality. It was very easy to replace my old one. Would definiely recomment.

Ever since buying our very first shetter we have had no problem with snow getting in at our back door. We have since replaced the shetter twice counting this replacement cover. It last for a couple of years of winter storms and removed in spring. The only problem I have right now is removing the metal frame where the door is attached to replace the door panel other than that everything is good.

Instructions would have made the job a little easier

I was on my own and was able to assemble it myself with a small ladder. Good quality. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

hope it will last a few years winter and sun is very hard on the cover and the other cover that last longer are too expensive

I had to replace the cover of my 6ftx6ft after 5 or 6 years and that was because of a mistake I made...I ripted the top . It was in use all years long for my snowblowers and lawn mower , never had any problem with it . So I hope this one will last as long .

Great replacement cover for the shelter logic shed. It was easy to replace and put on.

The shelter logic tent I originally salvaged, was a 12 X 20 tent destroyed my lack of maintenance and abandonmant. When I found the remanants, it had been crushed by fallen limbs and snow weight. I held of to the metal for years ,and the original tent. Wnen I went to bring it back to life some years later, nothing of the original canopy was salvageabe, but I kept the original Shelter Logic logo ahandy for later research. I gathered the salvageable metal tubing and constructed a 12 x 12 tent structure from its remains. I researched the available replacements and was pleased to find this 12 x 12 available. The purchase has been a saving grace for this summer. Thank you Shelter Logic for keeping the replacements available to us! My Shelter Logic is brought back to life and currently in use as a drive through work space for summer and will easily be trasitioned into a fully enclosed Shelter for the Winter. Keep-a-you-wits lads n lasses, there is always an answer to bring conundrums to fruition! Shelter Logic is the katz meow!

The replacement cover kit was a perfect solution to get the shed back in shape. I was dissapointed in the service life of the first one, a year and a half before it deteriorated. The 10 year is the way to go, and maybe next time, but it is SO expensive. So I will try the basic one again and see if I have better luck.

Went on just like the origianl set up. It also gave me a chance to clean off the bottom of the poles and paint them. Looks good.

after incurring severe hail damage we replaced the cover. Fits perfectly! Was easily installed. Shelter shed looks brand new!

Kit well packed. Cover is excellent fitting. I didn't do the original install so the arrangement was new to me. Directions were pretty good but took a little study. Wife and I completed in about 2 hours.

The new cover looks and works great. However it took sometime to remove the original cover. With the new cover the zipper is working great. Should have replaced it earlier.

I was happy after 7 years of using my shelter to find out that a replacement still exist... The cover was heavily damage by the UV and had to cover up the shelter with a heavy grey cover. I know that this new cover will be good for a 3 to 4 years period but i'm hoping to have my garage build sooner then 3 years.

The cover fit perfectly to the existing frame. Went up easily.
