Overall I am VERY pleased with the 12'x24' shelter. The finished project is solid and well made. I would definitely recommend this garage, although long term durability is unknown. Time will tell, but in my opinion it'll hold up. For all those reviews stating a quick assembly (I saw a couple noting three hours) .....no way! I am fairly good at this type of assemble and I admit rather methodical but it took me a full day - probably 8 hours total. I am sure there are some that can do this in less time, but only a pro or someone with experience could do it faster. I was alone so certainly that adds time. On the flip side, I know I could do it faster a second time. All parts fit together as they should and all tapped holes were perfect. Directions were ok, not great but adequate. I was missing three 3" bolts which were easy to get at the local hardware store, otherwise the garage was complete out of the box. I actually had an extra part......some kind of extension which was not mentioned anywhere in the directions. I will be buying a curtain rod to insert into the bottom of the doors for stability.

Very easy to set up, definitely 2 people needed. Purchased in January and setup during the spring summer of the same year, and less than a year after it was setup the cover began to deteriorate at a dramatic rate. Connected with Tractor Supply, sent to ShelterLogic and was offered 20% off a new cover. This cover was rate at high winds and average snow loads, which it never saw, but alas picture show the poor quality of the material. Now I need to buy the Heavy Duty cover or Ultra Duty cover. This isn’t Tractor Supply issue but a ShelterLogic manufactures issue. Not recommended at all.
