We do offer heavier grade fabric, such as, the 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty poly vinyl and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty poly vinyl. The heavier grade has longer warranty and life expectancies. EXCELLENT PRODUCTS..I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL OF THESE IN VARIOUS SIZES OVER THE YEARS. THEY HOLD UP WELL EVEN HERE IN SOUTH FLORIDA ... HURRICANE ALLEY...ANCHOR THEM DOWN AS PER THE INCLUDED INSTRUCTIONS AND NO ISSUES.

Wind? What Wind

The recent purchase of a Shelter Logic 10x16x8 was short lived. Installed to specification and properly screwed to the ice. Out Shelter lasted only on day when Mondays wind event not only pulled apart the cover, but managed to make the entire structure look like a pretzle. A few modifications would have increased the viability of the structure; the incorporation of angled tubes such as existed at the entrance to the unit may have increased its durability, but alas that was not the case.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The installation is straight forward and well detailed. The quality of all the parts and pieces is very good. The only frustrating thing is that you need to disassemble so much to install the front and rear wall covers as well as the main cover. It would also be good if there were some built in vents.
