Title and Part # are Grey, but showed up as Green

States Grey in the title and part # is the correct Shelter Logic part # for grey but showed up as Green, Unable to get it in Grey, had to return the item..

This is the worst purchase I have made. first off the brackets and poles were missing. after about a 3-4 week wait we were able to assemble according to recommendations. HOWEVER it stood for 3 DAYS before this hunk of junk was mangled into nothing. see pic. We have been told by Shelter Logic that they will not refund us for this either. we did not have a tornado or a storm... It is just a normal fall day in MN.

No, I do not recommend this product.

You can file a warranty claim directly on our website (www.shelterlogic.com) so we can further review what happened. The warranty does not cover acts of nature therefore if it is determined the damage was caused by high winds, heavy snow, etc. it would not be covered.
