Senvelgo (velagliflozin oral solution) is a once-daily, needle-free treatment for diabetes in cats. It can be administered directly into the cat s mouth or mixed with a small amount of food and does not require refrigeration. With easy dosing and effective, sustained glycemic control, Senvelgo helps manage diabetes with minimal stress for both the pet and owner. It begins working fast, providing diabetes control in as little as 7 days.
SENVELGO oral solution is a drug used to lower high blood glucose (sugar) in otherwise healthy cats with diabetes mellitus not previously treated with insulin. SENVELGO oral solution causes glucose to be passed in the urine by preventing the kidneys from reabsorbing glucose back into the blood stream.
