Used it first time for 30 minutes it works great so far happy with it

Should be zero stars.  Item did not work even  when the battery is fully charged.  the only positive review at This Tractor supply site were give  by people participating in promotional  . I returned item and had a very time receiving my money back.

Screw to attach handles is missing. I contacted Senix and they told me they don't have parts, but would send another trimmer. I've been waiting a week and have not heard anything more from them. This might be a fine trimmer, but I'm afraid I will never know. As of now, I am thinking I should probably return what I have to Tractor Supply. I could wait for the new trimmer, if I knew for sure it was coming, but I don't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this trimmer for all the plants in my yard that die back during the winter and leave ugly dead branches sticking up. And, it works great for that. What I especially like is the convenience of not having to run an extension cord. I noticed that while it does a good job on old dead branches and new growth stems, it struggles with branches thicker than a pencil. Also, it doesn’t seem to have any safty features. Maybe I attached the handle wrong, but when I pull the trigger, its cutting. Nothing keeps your other hand away from the blade. Overall, it does a good job. And I like the convenience and the long lasting battery.
