The fully assembled screen door was instead destroyed either before, during shippling, or after arrival at our local Tractor Supply store. The employee did not think anything about it and simply loaded the badly damaged box into the pickup truck forcing us to have to bring it back to the store.
The only good thing was they gladly reordered the door.
