MeshGuard is a revolutionary porch screening system that eliminates the need for pickets, balusters or other traditional barriers below the screen porch handrail on elevated porches. This patented, code-compliant guardrail infill screening system eliminates visual obstructions to create a wide open view to the outdoors. MeshGuard is easy to install and suitable for DIYers or professionals. MeshGuard's Base, Cap, Screen, Spline, Metal Strip, and sold separately.
- International Code Council (ICC) compliant for screening up to 6 ft. x 3 ft. guardrail infill areas; usage of all included system components required
- All system components must be used and include MeshGuard PVC base, heavy-duty polyester screen, patented rounded-edge flat spline, steel retainer strip and stainless steel self-drilling screws
- Approved as guardrail infill for 6 ft. x 3 ft. openings below the handrail
- Wide-head stainless steel screws fasten MeshGuard base and steel strip to existing wood framework for a code-compliant alternative to pickets
- Heavy-duty system components resist corrosion to ensure optimal strength over time
