Whirl feels better at first spin

The previous handheld spreader (not a Scotts} lasted one application before seizing up. The Scott's Whirl turns better, spins much smoother and makes quick work out of spreading fertilizer and pest prevention consistently over my 5000 sq. Ft. of yards.

Spits product out fine but bags of insecticide, fertilizer etc. don't show a setting to use for my Handy Green.
