These outdoor boots also include Rocky Waterproof construction to keep your feet dry.

Q: all the reviews complain about seams ripping apart. Has this issue been resolved? Also the waterproofing has been questionable for Rocky boots. Has this been resolved?

We have not had any recent reported issues with the craftsmanship or the waterproofing. Rest assured, if you did experience any issues all Rocky Products have a 1-year, limited warranty in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials and workmanship. I purchased these for hunting in Pennsylvania. They are very comfortable and keep my feet warm and dry for hours of hunting in the snow or rain. I recommend these boots for anyone that wants comfortable dry warm feet while out in the snow or rain !!!!
