I agree with post below. Sounds like they have a lot of these for sale. I to drove a ways to purchase. Get here and not a single one. They have a ton of the 16.99 and up .

Don’t Waist your Time!

Crazy! I drove 20 miles to pick up 2 hanging baskets on promotion only to be told they weren’t available at my store. I was told I could order them online but when I tried to do that it won’t let me. Says they aren't available. In fact, it doesn’t appear they’re available Anywhere.

No, I do not recommend this product.
