I bought these several months ago. They were the most comfortable boots that I tried on at tractor supply. I just noticed that a stitched seam near the top has broken loose. The warranty requires the receipt which i didn't save. The manager at tractor supply was not helpful at all. He refused to give me his name on the phone. He repeated that he could only go back six months to find my purchase history even as I kept explaining that I bought them less than six months ago. I left my phone number but he did not call back. I stopped by and the cashier tried to help but could only look back three months. Overall I am disappointed in the durability of the ridgecut boots.

So, I’ve bought two pairs of Ridgecut boots (different styles) at $100 apiece. The second pair I’d purchased through a stipend my job offered. The first pair had a split in the side after about six months, the second, which just formed a split today, only lasted three months. $200 dollars spent, and these boots didn’t even last a year?? Shameful! This is a horrendously cheap and unreliable product! I’m shocked Tractor Supply carries them. Do not waste your money!

Bought these boots thinking they would suck for $80 but they are more comfortable than my timberland pro boots! Good boot for the $$ for sure !
